We are an award winning Golf Course overlooking Lyme Bay and are looking for a people focused chef to be an integral part of our team in providing a varied menu for members and visitors alike.
The Hours: 40 hours per week with flexibility needed during peak periods.
The Salary: £10-£15 per hour depending on experience
Duration: Permanent Vacancy.
Reporting to: The General Manager
In conjunction with the General Manager, you will be providing meals for our regular Golfer’s menu using the highest quality, locally supplied ingredients, as well as devising and delivering attractive menus for one off events throughout the year.
As a team, you will support a desire for a culture of exceptional service and work effectively to deliver great results. You’ll be constantly seeking and developing new income opportunities and working to achieve financial targets and increase margins by minimising waste and controlling costs and resources. Within the role, menu creativity, innovation, teamwork and input are all encouraged
Working alongside the team, you’ll ensure you are compliant with relevant legislation and internal processes including food hygiene and COSHH procedures.
